The lead singer with US band Boston has been found dead at his home. Brad Delp, who was 55, sang the vocals on a string of mainstream rock hits from the 1970s, including More Than a Feeling and Long Time.Police in New Hampshire confirmed they discovered Delp’s body after receiving a call to his home on Friday afternoon.
Lt William Baldwin said there was no indication anyone else was involved in the death, with the cause still to be determined by the medical examiner.
The band’s website has been taken down and replaced with the simple message: “We just lost the nicest guy in rock and roll.”
